The Financial Systems Section Solutions for Financial Systems (SoFS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract provides the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with support for the various commercial off the shelf (COTS) products. Initial contracts under this IDIQ cover COTS products in use in the Finance Division (FD) and Facilities and Logistics Services Division (FLSD).
Design:
The FBI SoFS is a multiple award IDIQ as a vehicle to awards Task Orders (TOs) to accomplish specific tasks within five contract line item number (CLIN) areas broken out by COTS products. Offerors received awards in specific CLINs and perform work under those CLINs. The individual TO requirements determine whether a TO contract is Time and Materials (T&M) or Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

The Veterans Technology Services 2 (VETS 2) Program Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide customized Information Technology (IT) Services to any Federal Government agency through the General Services Administration. This is a 5 year contract with one 5 year option for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) firms, which has a maximum contract ceiling value of $5 billion.

Litigation support encompasses a wide range of professional services and products that help attorneys acquire, organize, develop and present evidence throughout the course of litigation, from pre-filing investigation, through complaint, discovery and trial, to post-trial briefs and the appeals process.
Using professional litigation support services and advanced tools for litigation support, the litigating attorney can better utilize evidence and information to win or settle lawsuits.
